DACA Renewal

Citizenship
The Citizenship Clinic is a vital community initiative that provides comprehensive assistance and resources for legal permanent residents seeking U.S. citizenship. This program provides legal guidance, document preparation, interview practice, and support for the naturalization process, ensuring that eligible residents have the opportunity to become U.S. citizens. By removing barriers to citizenship and promoting civic engagement, this clinic empowers individuals to fully participate in American society by embracing the rights and responsibilities of citizenship. We offer this program in partnership with the MIRA Coalition.
 
You can apply for your citizenship if you had your green card for 5 years, or if married to an American citizens you only need 3 years. Keep in mind that if you receive any public benefit, your process can be sent with a fee waver to immigration.

DACA Renewal
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals, refer to the process by which individuals who previously received DACA status can apply to extend their deportation protections and work authorization, allowing them to live and work in the United States without fear of deportation. We offer this service in partnership with the MIRA Coalition.
