National Grid will be there offering discounts, payment plans and other assistance on your electric and gas bill.

If you use any public benefit such as WIC, SNAP, MassHealth or others, you can be eligible for discounts of up to 32% on the National Grid electric bill, and 25% on the gas bill. You may also be eligible for a discounted payment plan, and if you pay on time for 12 months they can forgive the rest of your debt. ​
